Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) is a method for tracking a woman’s fertility by teaching her to objectively describe her cervical mucus observations throughout her cycle. Once learned, this system allows foe access to NaProTechnology trained Medical Providers for Natural Cooperative FertilityCare for women of all ages.

FEMM and teen FEMM

FEMM stands for Fertility Education and Medical Management. FEMM provides education for women and teenage girls about their bodies and hormonal health, a free app to track their health and fertility, and medical support when required. FEMM uses cervical mucus monitoring along with urinary test strips to measure the presence or absence of luteinizing hormone (LH) in order to calculate the end-of-cycle fertility.
