Breastfeeding Support
Becca Driscoll, PA, CLC, offers one-on-one breastfeeding appointments through Guiding Star Marshalltown. As a Certified Lactation Counselor, Becca provides expert, compassionate care for moms needing help with latch, milk supply, positioning, pumping, or other feeding challenges.
Angela Swieter, BSN, RN, IBCLC, brings over 35 years of experience supporting families through birth, breastfeeding, and beyond. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and owner of Applaud Breastfeeding Services, Angela offers both prenatal and postnatal lactation consultations. Each session includes personalized care, hands-on support, and a follow-up plan to help moms reach their breastfeeding goals.

Becca is a Certified Lactation Counselor and Physician Assistant who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care to postpartum mothers. At Guiding Star Marshalltown, she offers one-on-one breastfeeding support to help with latch, milk supply, pumping, and more. Becca’s calm and approachable style empowers moms to navigate early motherhood with confidence, whether they’re breastfeeding for the first time or facing new challenges.
Angela Bigler Swieter, BSN, RN, IBCLC
Angela will assess your baby’s oral anatomy, your breast anatomy, observe your baby’s latch, full feeding, and assist with latch, holds, and a plan for going forward. Office visits are offered in Des Moines and Iowa Falls. Learn more about a consultation with Angela.
