teenFEMM Workshop

Your daughter’s cycle affects her whole health! teenFEMM classes provide the necessary information to understand what’s normal and healthy at every stage of your daughter’s life.
teenFEMM classes cover: the link between hormones and health / how to track your hormonal health / brain development and changing emotions / lifestyle choices / sexual health and STIs
The class is offered as a 3-hour workshop for teen girls. Space is limited to 8 teens, so register early! Registration deadline: 3/8/24 by 6pm.
Mothers may attend with daughters OR teen may attend alone with a signed “permission to attend” prior to class.
A suggested donation of $15 to attend. Snacks provided.
