An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 30, 2024
This educational series is led by Dawn Bollhoefer, Certified Childbirth Educator.
Session topics will include: 1)physiology of birth, 2)diet and exercise, 3)what to expect during labor and delivery, 4)postpartum, 5) Q&A and final thoughts.
