Midwife Partnership
Kayla Harajli, CPM, CNM, ARNP, is a certified nurse midwife and founder of Heart of Iowa Midwifery. She partners with Guiding Star Marshalltown to offer compassionate, personalized midwifery care to women in our community.
Doula Partnerships
We’re proud to partner with an experienced birth doula: Jessica Lee. She provides emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after childbirth.
Bump to Baby
This monthly support group meets on select Friday evenings and is designed for expectant moms. Led by midwife Kayla Harajli, the group offers a safe space to ask questions, get advice, and connect with other moms about pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
Life After Abortion: Peer Counseling
Carrie Lippincott, a wife and mother, knows firsthand the emotional and spiritual weight that can follow an abortion. After being impacted by a powerful testimony, she felt called to help other women find hope, healing, and forgiveness. Carrie offers one-on-one, faith-based peer counseling by appointment.
