Harnessing Your Hormones for Health and Weightloss

Learn how to eat and exercise in sync with your monthly cycle to take advantage of your body’s natural rhythms. By understanding and aligning your nutrition and movement with your cycle, you can tap into your body’s innate wisdom for optimal well-being! You will learn about each phase of your cycle and the proper nutrition and exercise to help you feel energized and balanced! You will learn about proper water and protein intake, importance of sleep, what stress levels do to your health, exercise tips, endocrine disruptors and more! 

Guiding Star Marshalltown’s partner and class instructor, Jen English, is a health & wellness coach and the owner of A Well+Fed Life! The mission of A Well+Fed Life is to help women learn to increase their freedom with food & elevate their life by taking ownership of their health through the support of personal coaching, education, and community.
