Introduction to Childbirth Education

This educational series is led by Dawn Bollhoefer, Certified Childbirth Educator.

The Introductory class is free of charge and all are welcome to attend. The remainder of the sessions will then be offered only to those who attend the Intro and plan to attend the series of 5 sessions (April 2- April 30). Session topics will include: 1)physiology of birth, 2)diet and exercise, 3)what to expect during labor and delivery, 4)postpartum, 5) Q&A and final thoughts.
