Learn how to eat and exercise in sync with your monthly cycle to take advantage of your body’s natural rhythms. By understanding and aligning your nutrition and movement with your cycle, you can tap into your body’s innate wisdom for optimal well-being.
Please register by noon on the day prior to class. Suggested donation of $15.
