DESCRIPTION:Losing a child during pregnancy brings about many difficult emotions. \nThis grief support series\, led by Holly Erbes\, will give you the opportunity to learn about helpful resources as well as gain the support of others who have experienced similar loss. \nThis support is free of charge and all are welcome to attend Week 1: Introduction on March 6\, 2024. \nThe remainder of the sessions will then be offered only to those who attend the Intro and plan to attend the series (March 13 – April 17). \nSession topics include: Stages of Grief /Normal Grief responses\, Myths and Facts about Grief\, Coping Strategies\, Communication\, Spirituality and Self Care. \nPlease register for the Introduction by noon on March 5 and call us at 641-351-4041 with any questions.

Charting will help you\nidentify the unfolding signs and patterns of these hormones. You’ll be able to monitor your\nhealth more effectively\, and will have the information you need to manage your fertility. \nSpace is limited. Introduction to FEMM is offered free of charge.
