DESCRIPTION:Unfortunately we are seeing an increase of robberies\, attacks\, and date rape.  This workshop will instruct and train individuals how to react and attack when confronted by dangers or threats.  No gimmicks\, just plain common sense and a few defense moves.  The more information we have on how not to become a victim of crime and how to react to an attack the more likely we will survive and not become another crime statistic.  Colleen\, the instructor\, will discuss situational awareness\, how to release yourself when you are grabbed or held and how to use your hands\, arms\, feet\, and legs as weapons to defend against attack.  This class is appropriate for all age groups and does not require physical strength or stamina. \nPlease register by the Thursday before the class by noon so we can plan and prepare.

DESCRIPTION:Are you experiencing fertility related issues?  Are you trying to avoid or achieve pregnancy?  Are you experiencing menstrual health related issues?  This is for you!  Rebecca\, PA-C\, CLC\, the instructor\, will be providing an introductory consultation for the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning\, which is for women and couples and will introduce them to how to naturally chart their cycle to either avoid or achieve pregnancy.  It is also a helpful way to track your cycle in postpartum/ breastfeeding setting as well as in perimenopause. \nThe first consultation is free and available by appointment.  However\, to adequately and confidently learn the system\, it is recommended that you have individualized follow-up sessions\, which have a cost to them.  The recommended follow-up schedule is 1 month and 6 months. \nPlease register here and Rebecca will get back with you regarding an appointment at a time and date that works for both of you.

DESCRIPTION:Are you experiencing fertility related issues?  Are you trying to avoid or achieve pregnancy?  Are you experiencing menstrual health related issues?  This is for you!  Rebecca\, PA-C\, CLC\, the instructor\, will be providing an introductory consultation for the Marquette Method of Natural Family Planning\, which is for women and couples and will introduce them to how to naturally chart their cycle to either avoid or achieve pregnancy.  It is also a helpful way to track your cycle in postpartum/ breastfeeding setting as well as in perimenopause. \nThe first consultation is free and available by appointment.  However\, to adequately and confidently learn the system\, it is recommended that you have individualized follow-up sessions\, which have a cost to them.  The recommended follow-up schedule is 1 month and 6 months. \nPlease register here and Rebecca will get back with you regarding an appointment at a time and date that works for both of you.
