DESCRIPTION:The reality of postpartum life – sleepless nights\, lack of showers\, and the absence of supportive conversations – can be incredibly isolating.   This is a group where new moms can come together\, share their experiences\, and learn practical skills like baby massage\, gentle yoga\, swaddling baby\, fostering connections\, and building a community.  Carmelita Balderas\, known as Doula Carm\, has been a birth and postpartum doula since 2017; she is looking forward to creating a supportive environment for moms and babies.  She wants to break the silence surrounding the postpartum challenges and create a safe haven where no one feels alone.  She will help you embrace motherhood with confidence.   Doula Carm will facilitate discussions\, offer solutions\, and answer any questions from A-Z. \nRegister or call 641.351.4041 up until one day before the scheduled group (before 12:00pm noon) and we will know how to plan and prepare.
