SUMMARY:Gracefully Navigating Perimenopause and Menopause
DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate our feminine design and learn how you can support your body and gracefully navigate the changes peri-menopause & menopause bring!\nWomen ages 35 and up are welcome to attend! We’ll cover some common issues and fears related to peri-menopause and menopause. We will also cover ways you can create health through mind-set\, de-stressing\, food choices\, exercise\, sleep\, hormone therapy and intimate moments. This class will be two hours and will have time for Q/A and discussion. Come with any concerns and questions!\n\n\nAbout the Instructor: Julie Grunklee is a Registered Nurse\, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach\, Fertility Care Practitioner Intern and holds a Masters Degree in Community Health Education from the University of Northern Iowa. \nPlease register by noon on the Friday before class.
